What is CrossFit?

Workout of the Day

6-27-16 WOD

400m run/500m row
10 pause air squats
10 good mornings w/ PVC
10 push-press w/ barbell
10 light KB swings
10 forward hops over parallette bar

1) Strength:
4 x 8 – Back Squat
*Ascending Weights / 60% – 75%

2) WOD:

Wallballs (20/14)
Box Jump Overs (24/20)
KB Swings (Full swings – 53/35)
*400m run after each round
