What is CrossFit?

5-17-13 WOD

Pick your Poison Team Challenge:
Both exercises on each Phase need to be completed. Decide who does what. Only one partner works at a time (except 400m run). Don’t move on until a Phase is completed. You can do Phases in any order just start at Base before each. Both do Base at same time.

1. Base: 15 KB Swings, 15 Thrusters 45/35, 15 Sit ups, 15 Pull-ups

2. 800 M relay row or run 400 together

3. 15 HSPU or 30 Press 50% bw

4. Base

5. 50 Jumping Squats or 25 Burpees

6. Base

7. 25 DB rows or 25 Ring Dips

8. Base
