What is CrossFit?

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. 12-7-16 WOD

Warm Up
3min jump rope or jog
Break into 3 groups
3:00 per station then rotate
A) 5 Broad Jumps, 5 push ups, 5 pvc disconnects
B) 5 snatch grips press, 5 heaving snatch drop, 5 pressing snatch balance
C) 5 shoulder/hip pop and high pull, 5 muscle snatch, 5 hang snatch
