What is CrossFit?

CrossFit workouts are comprised of constantly varied functional movements (like pushing, pulling, squatting, lifting, running) executed at high intensity. The workouts themselves are completely scalable, which means that a new participant and a CrossFit veteran can complete the same workout with changes in load and intensity. 8-25-16 WOD

Warm Up
2x
Curb to Curb strider
1/2 back high knees and high kicks
1/2 back butt kicks and long skips
Shoulder mobility!!!
Work ankles/Achilles and calf for jerks
Writs/tricep/lay mobility for FS
Tricep crush/hands/resistance stretching with partner

 

EMOM for 10min
1 Push Press + 1 Push Jerk + Split Jerk
No set weight. These are meant to be as near perfect as possible in allowed time. Efficiency of movement and technique are paramount.
