**The first can be a cluster. Think about transferring energy from the squat to the hip drive to the press. Most people fail their heavy thruster because they lean too far back in the “press” of the lift. Maintain your posture and push up and back over your head.


E2MOM x 8 (16 minutes)
RND 1 = 20 WBS + 15 TTB
RND 2 = 250m Row + 7 Burpees over a DB (so lateral)
Ratio should be around 1:30 of effort for 30 seconds of rest. Reduce reps as needed.
