Squat Clean
*Work up to a heavy single for the day! Not necessarily a new max or PR.


7 Rounds for Time:
7 Front Squats (185/125#)
7 Strict Handstand Push Ups
7 Box Jumps (30/24”)

*The front squats are from the floor. They should be a solid working weight but unbroken! The scale for Strict HSPU is a double dumbbell strict press. Box Jumps should be on the higher side. Reset at the bottom of each jump.
