Everyone’s path at CrossFit Minnesota will be slightly different depending on their current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer one-on-one, small-group and group coaching.

Our most successful clients have utilized a combination of individualized coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Coaching sessions.

We strongly recommend and hope to facilitate that balance through our pricing and programs.

One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals. Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals, conduct a functional movement assessment, and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals as quickly as possible. One-on-one coaching is recommended if you have been sedentary for a long period of time, are training for a specific sport or event, have significant health limitations or just prefer the additional attention and accountability.

Pricing: Our personal coaching package prices vary depending on the number and duration of coaching sessions, but can be arranged for as little as $50 per hour. Small-Group Coaching

Small-group coaching is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one coaching and the social interaction of team training. Ideal for groups of 2 to 5 individuals of similar fitness capacities or with similar fitness goals, your small-group workouts will be tailored to address specific needs and goals of the group and/or individuals within the group.

If you have a few friends or family members you’d like to train with, this is the option for you. If you don’t currently have a group, but would like to train with a small group, your CrossFit Minnesota coach will do their best to match you with similarly situated individuals

Group Coaching

Group Coaching is offered Monday through Friday in the morning, afternoon and evening and Saturday mornings. Members will pay a monthly membership and may attend any Group Coaching session that fits within their schedule. A CrossFit Minnesota coach will instruct all members of the group through mobility drills, a skill-based warm-up, and the Workout of the Day.

Pricing: Our group coaching membership prices vary depending on a client’s goals and desired outcomes. We are committed to helping clients determine which membership option makes the most sense given their fitness needs and financial circumstances.

10% Discount for Military/First Responders: Out of appreciation for their service, we extend a 10% discount off of our group coaching memberships to all military/first responders.

10% Discount for Students: We’ve been poor too, so until school loans cover fitness coaching, we’ll give you a break.

Online Coaching

Not all of the members of the CrossFit MInnesota community live in the Metro area . That should not stop you from getting the benefit of a program tailored to your individual fitness goals. Our online coaching package includes a telephone consultation, weekly program design, and unlimited video review. You will need the ability to videotape your performance (your coach will instruct you on how to set camera angles, etc…) to get the most out of these sessions.
