5 Rounds for Time:
Person 1: 500m Row
Person 2: 15 Bench Press (155/95#)
15 Kettlebell Swings (70/53#)

*This should take about 25 minutes. One partner is on the rower rowing 500m WHILE partner 2 is doing 15 bench press and 15 kettlebell swings. Rotate on the rower. Scale the weight to keep the bench press to 1-2 sets and the kettlebell swings unbroken.

3 x 6 Strict Muscle Ups
