3 rounds for movement and with a partner
Partner Run 200m with passing med ball back and forth
Partner 1 – 15 wall balls
Partner 2 – 15 step ups or box jumps
** after each run together, you do both movements

THEN

Deadlift
5×5 @ 70% of 1RM
*These are “working sets” not a 5RM.

Hollow Rocks
5×25 reps
*Complete 25 hollow rocks after each set of deadlifts.
