*You should have a good amount of time for this today. Hit a heavy double. Drop the bar between reps. Focus on footwork. Both reps should look the same.
Handstand Push Ups
*This is supposed to be a fast workout. Pick a weight on the deadlifts so you can at least hit a set of 10 to start. Scale Accordingly to finish in 10 minutes or less. This is important. Diane isn’t supposed to be a 20 minute workout so even if you can do the weights and do HSPU’s, doesn’t mean you should be RXing this.
