For the safety of our members and trainers, evening classes are now cancelled.
Please check social media regarding Saturday AM classes later this evening.
Stay safe and if your shoveling, listen to Jen and lift with your legs!

After our 6a instructor spent the morning in a ditch and with the continued snowfall, ALL classes cancelled the remainder of the day (2/20).

As of 4:30p all classes today (Weds) are as scheduled. We understand the snow is going to continue throughout the night and will be making a call on the 6a class by 9:00p tonight.
